Engaging dining experiences with locally loved food.
The noise levels were disruptive due to the bar and nearby nightlife, making it difficult to get a restful night. parking arrangements were confusing and limited, leading to stress when finding a suitable spot. Lastly, the lack of an elevator really made carrying bags up multiple flights daunting.

the breakfast was cookd to order and was simply amazin, one of the best ive had! the staff were really friendly and the cocktails at the bar were super nice too. also, the location is perfect, right on the main street with everything is walkable. my room was spacious and comfy, felt very welcoming.
but i gotta say the noise from outside was really bothersome, especially with people makin noise till late at night. also, the room could have used a lil fridge for snacks.

the double room was an absolute disappointment, with a shower curtain that clung to me like it wanted to be friends, and no window for fresh air! honestly, how hard is it to provide a decent experience for your guests? i almost thought about giving a good review, but this lack of attention ruined it for me.

missingWrote a review on 12 Sept
The space in the rooms is a plus, and the full Irish breakfast is substantial and satisfying, with fresh ingredients that’ll keep you fueled for the day. The hotel’s location makes it a convenient base for exploring nearby attractions like Kilkenny Castle and Dungarvan.
Be prepared for noise disturbances, especially from the lively bar scene that often extends late into the night, which could disrupt your sleep. The absence of a lift makes navigating the hotel a hassle, particularly for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. parking arrangements can be confusing, and you might end up scrambling to find space on the street due to limited options. The menu pricing also seems inflated, without delivering the expected quality, which left some diners dissatisfied with their meals.

Great stay with awesome staff!
Had a really nice time! My room was super spacious and clean. It had everything I needed. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choices to fuel me up. And the staff? So friendly and helpful, especially when I needed tips on where to go. One small thing, tho, the noise from the bar was a bit much sometimes.
